Meet and Greet
We are committed to your pet’s health and happiness during your time away from them. Before taking care of you pet, we will set up a “meet & greet” at your home. This gives the Pawssibilities sitter and your pet time to get to know each other so that your pet is not frightened on the first day of service.
Your Pet’s Info
We will provide you with an info sheet to fill out with details about your pet, emergency contacts, vet info, medical info and any other extra info that you might think is necessary. We keep this for our records.
If You Decide to Book…
Please confirm your booking dates at least 48 hours in advance, however, if you have a last-minute bookings we will do our best to set you up with a sitter as long as there is an availability.
If your return home will be delayed and you need book some extra time for your pet, we will apply the additional charges to your balance based on the services you request.
Cancelled bookings with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $30.00 charge.
Payment Policy
All payments are due at the time of service. Cash or Checks are accepted. Any additional services requested during the visit will be billed to you. There is a $25 charge for returned checks by the bank.
